ACCH objectives, by providing relevant and accessible information, are to help Congress to:
- comprehensively evaluate, analyze and ask questions at the necessary level of detail about US planning and engagement.
- understand the unique, non-numerical measurement concepts that apply to Afghanistan.
- set realistic and appropriate benchmarks, milestones, and reporting requirements that facilitate effective oversight.
